Shipping:

Delivery to the courier takes place within 2 working days from receipt of payment on the following days: MON – WED – THU – FRI.
It can therefore take up to 3 working days from receipt of payment to shipping.
We are committed to ensuring that these times are always as short as possible.

The buyer is required to correctly specify the destination address BEFORE confirming the shipment. The change of data “in progress” may be ineffective.

The buyer is also required to specify the telephone number as it is necessary to proceed with delivery.

Disclaimer

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged due to transport.
To guarantee greater security, observing that many of the goods sold are limited productions or even unique pieces, a traceable shipment is always used. The information is forwarded to the buyer as soon as available.

Return Policy

After receiving the item we accept returns no later than 14 days.

The object must be unused, with any accessory included previously and with the original packaging.
Transport costs are always paid by the customer and are not refundable.

Return information by withdrawal

Internet sales of our products are identified as distance contracts, therefore governed according to Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (Article 50 to 68) which regulates the subject of distance contracts, ie carried out outside business premises and the implementation of Directive 9l / l / EC and subsequent amendments relating to consumer protection in the field of distance contracts.

According to which the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, within the term of the working days indicated in the contract or insertion at the time of purchase and starting for the goods from the day of receipt, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The withdrawal must be expressed by sending, in the aforementioned term and in writing with a letter or a simple email.

By the aforementioned deadline, and after we have authorized the withdrawal and indicated the address to be sent, all the purchased goods must be returned to the sender-supplier in their original packaging and any accessories, without any lack.
The return costs will be borne by the buyer, not refundable in any way.
The products may be returned only if they have not been used, tested (where applicable) or otherwise in a condition of sale.

In no case will be accepted products with tampering, with faults, lacking accessories supplied.
The right of withdrawal is not valid for all those who can not be considered consumers by Italian law such as customers who buy with VAT.

Subject to the fulfillment of the above, we will refund the amount paid by the consumer within the period of 3 days from the date of return of the goods by the customer. If this amount has been paid by PAYPAL, we will transfer the full amount initially paid directly to the payment issuer’s account and then refund from the original transaction, otherwise the purchaser will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the payment. bank transfer (IBAN code and account holder).

Details:

– The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
– The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment);
– The law does not apply to all products related to personal care;
– By law, shipping costs are charged to the customer;
– The shipment tracked, until the receipt of the goods to our office, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
– In case of damage to the goods during the return transport, we will inform the buyer, to allow him to promptly report his complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured);
– We do not respond in any way to damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured and tracked shipments;
– We will refund the full amount paid initially;

Also for defective items from the factory, not working at the factory arrival or with warranty the above conditions apply.We still recommend to write and communicate in case of any problems presented, we will evaluate each case and we will always try to meet the customer to help him in the best way.
